Once-off Keepnet licence pricing fixed - The Keepnet licence line on the Once-Off Simulation Commercial Schedule was hardcoded to R0.00 (monthlySellRaw was never wired to the actual keepnet sell figure), so the line item showed R0.00 while the Once-off total still included the real amount. Keepnet sell now flows through from calcSimulation into the PDF and quote summary. Quote modal summary also fixed - previously showed the combined once-off total mislabelled as "Setup (once-off)" with no separate Keepnet row; now shows Setup and Keepnet as two distinct lines.

Setup fee discount - New discount control, separate from the strategic discount, applied to the once-off setup/onboarding fee only on all three tabs. Toggle between percentage and fixed amount. Gated behind the same Paul/Colin approval modal as the strategic discount. Flows through the on-screen breakdown, a dedicated stat, the quote modal summary, and the PDF (once-off and single-year Commercial Schedule) as its own line.

Pricing engine rebuilt to signed-off model - COS computed live from core rates (Keepnet, consultant, MSP hours). Managed billed at band ceiling with hard 50-user floor. Platform volume-tiered per-user on actual headcount, no minimum. Once-off fixed setup plus one month licence per user, no minimum. Platform setup flat 5 hours across all bands.
Commercial Schedule format - PDF pricing page rebuilt to a2zManaged layout. Header: entity address left, Reference · Date · Expires right. Config table (Item / Basis / Qty / Fee) with right-aligned summary box (bk-tbl). Tax note and agreement term as agr-row lines. Multi-year uses column-per-year layout (MXDR-style).
Summary box and label cleanup - All body rows removed from summary box across all tiers; only contract value tfoot remains. Labels: Once-off total / 1-year contract value / N-year contract value. Removed redundant "(excl. tax)" qualifier from individual labels. Annual escalation wording: "Annual escalation not exceeding CPI".
PDF customer-facing only - COS, GP, and GP% columns removed from the PDF quote. PDF shows Description / Qty / Unit price / Total excl. tax. Multi-year schedule stripped to Year / Setup / Annual / Year total.
Multi-year contract support - Contract term selector (1/2/3 years) on Platform and Managed tabs. Total Contract Value stat in results panel. Setup charged year 1 only; recurring all years with escalation.
Annual escalation - Escalation % field on Platform and Managed tabs (multi-year only). Below 5% triggers an approval gate (Paul or Colin).
Strategic discount gate - Approval gate modal requiring confirmation (Paul or Colin). Flows through on-screen breakdown, stat, modal summary, and PDF with watermark note.
5-column calculation breakdown - COS / Sell / GP / GP% per skill standard. Full-erosion discount handling: COS fixed, discount off GP.
Payment type - Monthly billing or Annual upfront selector on Platform and Managed tabs. Affects hero stat label and PDF agreement term section.
Fixed sell uplift input - Currency-amount uplift field on all three tabs, independent of the % margin slider.
Six trading currencies - CAD and AUD added alongside ZAR, USD, EUR, GBP.
Entity-driven tax wording - Quote tax note follows billing entity: VAT plus applicable withholding for ZA/UK/IE/Kenya; sales/use/other taxes for US.
Brand colour corrected - Retired orange #e8820c replaced with brand #D9861C; cover grey aligned to brand #535657.
SSO enabled - Hub-redirect MSAL pattern. SSO_ENABLED set true for production.
